1. Consent

Submitting an enquiry or booking an appointment does not constitute consent to examination, imaging or treatment. Before any assessment or procedure, the clinician will explain what is proposed and seek your consent. You may ask questions, decline any part of the assessment or treatment, or withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect care already provided.

2. Information provided by patients

Please provide accurate and complete information about your symptoms, health, medicines, allergies and other matters relevant to your care. Tell your clinician if anything changes. If information is incomplete, the clinician may need to postpone treatment or recommend another service in order to provide safe care.

3. Using our physiotherapy services

Do not begin a treatment programme or follow clinical advice unless you understand the instructions provided. If you are unsure about any part of your treatment or advice, please ask your clinician for clarification.

If you experience unexpected or worsening pain, significant discomfort or other concerning symptoms while following your treatment plan, stop the relevant activity and contact the clinic or an appropriate healthcare professional for advice.

You must not provide our treatment programme to any other person. We assume no duty of care in relation to any third party.

4. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. You are responsible for providing accurate information and following agreed instructions, but this does not remove the clinic’s professional duties.

5. Confidentiality

We handle clinical information confidentially and in accordance with applicable data-protection and professional requirements. Information may be shared when you consent, when necessary for your care, safeguarding or serious safety concerns, when required by law, or with organisations involved in payment or administration where there is an appropriate lawful basis. 6. Online consultations

Online consultations are suitable only where an appropriate and safe service can be provided remotely. They may be limited by the lack of physical examination or diagnostic testing. The clinician may recommend an in-person assessment, urgent care or another healthcare service. Imaging and physical procedures cannot be performed online.
